Although this injury recovery program is created for people with severe pain in the shoulder, knee and back areas, this program can be executed by anyone with even mild affliction in any of these areas.
In this program, you will get a 4 week swimming program that is split up into the areas mentioned above, each region of the body having its own 4 week workout. Per week, you will be swimming 3 times and the beauty of it is that you will not need any equipment if you cannot get your hands on any. Even though you do not need equipment to finish this program, it is recommended as best results will be reached with it.
