In this program, you will get a 4 week swimming program that is split up into the areas mentioned above, each region of the body having its own 4 week workout. Per week, you will be swimming 3 times and the beauty of it is that you will not need any equipment if you cannot get your hands on any. Even though you do not need equipment to finish this program, it is recommended as best results will be reached with it.

In this program, you will get a 5 week swimming program that is split up into long distance swimming (cardio sessions) and short distance swimming (cardiovascular sessions). Per week, you will be swimming 3 times and the positive about this program is that you will not need any equipment if you cannot get your hands on any. Even though you do not need equipment to finish this program, it is recommended as best results will be reached with it.
